photoBryan McGovern Wilson (October 2013) is multidisciplinary artist whose work addresses themes of time, the body, and the land. Wilson’s work is concerned with the anthropocene, the geologic era marked by human beings interventions upon the Earth’s ecosystems. His work examines the material culture, both real and imagined, that arises from this unique moment in time through sculpture, performance, and drawing.

His latest ongoing project, The Atomic Priesthood, illustrates the unique challenges posed by long-term nuclear waste management and its connection to a proposed secret society.

He currently lives and works in New York City.
