In preparation for your residency you should have already:
Completed and returned an Independent Artist Agreement, W9, and I9 sent to your chosen email from DocHub.
Follow the Bill.com invite sent to your chosen email to set up your vendor account and E-Payment.
Sent your bio and headshot.
Given Permission to use quotes and images from your application materials for social media
Honor System: Due to the private nature of information shared about the cabin, please do not share or forward the handbook.

Look out for a Welcome + Pre-Onboarding email from the Executive Assistant (juasline@airie.org). In response to this email you will:
Confirm or re-schedule the proposed Pre - Onboarding Zoom Date + Time as soon as possible (see page 8). This meeting is led by AIRIE Team and an ENP Park Ranger and the which takes place on the 1st Wednesday at 11 am one month prior to their residency. This meeting serves to clear up any questions, concerns, or events the artists would like to plan.
Fill out your INTAKE FORM prior to this meeting. We ask that you share with us your IDEAS for in-park public programs you like to do and if you have thoughts on who you would like to be in conversation with for your AIRIE Asks so we can start to get these plans in place (see page 20, 22).
You will be asked to send your Arrival and Departure Dates (see page 11-13, 31).

Attend your Pre-Onboarding Meeting.
Please submit your intake form and review handbook prior to this meeting. See table of contents as a guide for your questions.
At this meeting a date will be set for your in-person mandatory Onboarding + Orientation meeting with an Everglades National Park Ranger and AIRIE Residency Coordinator. This will occur on your arrival day.
