The Pink Bollworm Party - with Francisco Maso

At the end of his Residency, May Fellow @fcomaso hosted an intimate lunch amongst artists and friends to share his work and research from his time at AIRIE.
Francisco crafted a menu featuring the flavors of locally grown ingredients, such as okra, tomatoes, and beans. He titled the event, The Pink Bollworm Party, to honor the history of Black communities from the Bahamas, Jamaica, and the U.S. who worked and settled in the Everglades and Keys back in 1930s.
